Many of us believe we must play a role in marriage. That the man has certain responsibilities while the woman has her list too. This at times can be harmful to our relationships adding undue stress. The wife might be expected to prepare the kids for the school day while a man is expected to wash the car and take care of the lawn. Life has changed, it moves much faster than it used to and our roles as husband and wife have changed.
